Jñānabodhaprakaraṇa

The paper manuscript of Jñānabodhaprakaraṇa is a significant Vedānta work, identified as the thirty-second treatise within its tradition. This text is devoted to imparting essential knowledge concerning Ātma-jñāna (realization of the self), the nature of Brahman the supreme, all-pervading reality and the attainment of Mukti (liberation). Through systematic exposition, it guides the seeker toward understanding the true Self, discerning the ultimate principle of the universe and realizing the state of spiritual freedom that arises from this knowledge. Title is taken from the colophon (f. 3a). It is written in 12–13 lines per leaf. 3 leaves are foliated 1–3, upper left and lower right verso. Jñānamañjarī

The manuscript Jñānamañjarī by Rṣiśarman is a traditional work on Jyotiṣa (Hindu astrology). It includes predictions about a person’s life based on principles of Jyotiṣa, using methods such as Haṁsa Parikṣā, Varṇa Saṁkhyā, and Svara Saṁkhyā. The manuscript also contains many tables and charts filled with numbers and letters, which are used to support these predictions and help interpret different aspects of an individual’s life. Title is taken from the colophon (f. 22b). It is written in 18–21 lines per leaf. 23 leaves are foliated 1–22, upper left and lower right verso. It is dated saṃvat 1925 (1868 CE) (f. 22b); there is an embossed seal with the date of 1867 on it (f. 17b). Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in the margins; significant syllables and words highlighted in red throughout.; Bound as a codex with string and a paper binding using an adhesive.




Jñānamañjarī

The manuscript is Jñānamañjarī by Gadādhara is the work on Jyotiṣa. The manual serves as a comprehensive guide for interpreting and predicting various aspects of an individual’s life using the principles of Hindu astronomy and mathematical calculations. In addition, the manual discusses the specific influences of different planets on the twelve zodiac signs, explaining how these planetary positions and movements are traditionally believed to affect a person’s character, experiences and life events. Together, these elements make the manual a practical resource for understanding and applying classical Jyotiṣa techniques. Title taken from colophon (f. 24b). It is written in 11 lines per leaf.; 24 leaves are foliated 1–24, upper left and lower right verso. Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in the margins; vertical margins marked with double black line. A single wooden board is supports the manuscript and has writing on it which appears to be a list or table of contents.




Composite Manuscript 1. Jñānāmṛtaśrāvaṇīmantra 2. Prajñāvardhanastotra

It is composite manuscript which consists two strotra. First part of the manuscript is Jñānāmṛtaśrāvaṇīmantra which is on goddess Pārvatī. Second stotra is Prajñāvardhanastotra from Skanda Purāṇa, which is used for development of buddhi (Brain). Recitation of this stotra improves power and ability of intelligence, intellect, and a mind to understand something. Title is taken from incipit (f. 1a). Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins; verses indicated with red daṇḍās.




Jñānanaukā

The manuscript of Jñānanaukā is work by Śaṅkarācārya. It states that by the practices of meditation and sacrifies, renunciation and realizing one's true self through a teacher's guidance one can get realizes their true self and comes to know that the Self is none other than the eternal Brahman. It describes brahman as a joy and light. Its beyond the physical wold. Title is taken from colophon (f. 1b).The manuscript is written in 13 lines total. It is only 1 leaf. Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections and additions in margins.




Jñāneśvaraprokta nārāyaṇaśakunāvalī

The manuscript offers a profound exposition of the greatness and divine glory of Nārāyaṇa, drawing upon the spiritual insights and interpretations of Jñāneśvara Mahārāja. It presents Nārāyaṇa not only as the supreme deity responsible for creation, preservation, and sustenance of the universe, but also as the ultimate refuge for devotees seeking liberation. The work closely follows the narratives and teachings found in the Skanda Purāṇa, one of the major eighteen Purāṇas, which contains extensive accounts of Nārāyaṇa’s manifestations, virtues, and benevolent acts. Through its devotional tone and philosophical depth, the manuscript aims to convey the timeless significance of Nārāyaṇa in Hindu spiritual tradition, while honoring the interpretive legacy of Jñāneśvara Mahārāja.




Jyotiṣabālabodha

The manuscript is Jyotiṣabālabodha by Muñjāditya which is on astrology. The manuscript contains 27 nakṣtra names (f. 2a–b). which nakṣtra comes under which zodiac sign(f.3a–b), gocara phala , chandra diśā phala, Tārā phala (f. 5a–b), Hoḍā cakra(f. 6a–b), Dāna according to the day's of the week (f.8b–9a) Day's for buying new closth's, Day to start studies (Vidyārṃbha)(14a–b), phala of nakṣtra (f.15a), Sankrānti phala(f. 19b). Title is taken from colophon (f. 21b). It is written in 7–8 lines per leaf.; 21 leaves are foliated 1–21, upper left and lower right verso. Mistakes are blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; some significant syllables, words, or phrases highlighted in red. It is dated saṃvat 1867 (1810 CE) in (f. 21b).




Jvarahara stotra and Mālā mantra

The manuscript consists two works Jvaraharastotra and Mālā mantra(1a,2a-3a). Both works are in different handwriting. The Jvaraharastotra or stuti or harastotra in 5 verses, (f. 1b) is in dialogue between Jvara and Bhagavan(god). It is from Bhāgavata Purāṇa, 10̍th skanda. This stotra dedicated to both god Śiva and Vīṣṇu. Reciting this stotra will free you from illness and sickness. The manuscript is written in 11 lines per leaf.




Jvaraśānti

The manuscript of Jvaraśānti an Dharmic work. It is a ritual to cure the fewer. It consists mantra, offering (Naivedya) food to the brahmana. Title is taken from colophon (f. 5a). The manuscript is written in 9 lines per leaf. 5 leaves are foliated 1–5, upper left and lower right verso. Mistakes are blacked out vertical margins marked with double red line. The manuscript is dated as śaka 1708 (1786 CE) in (f. 5a). Scribe of the manuscript is Bhāskara Dāḍekara (f. 5a) likely Bhāskara Bhaṭṭa Dāḍekara based on other related manuscripts and their date (for example, Ms. Coll. 390, Item 1394).




Jyotiṣaviṣayakagrantha

The text contains detailed descriptions of various vratas (ritual vows) performed in accordance with specific tithis (lunar dates). It also includes sections on pūtra praśna (questions related to progeny), strī praśna (questions concerning women), and rogi praśna (medical or health-related queries). These topics are interpreted through the influence of the grahas (planets). Additionally, the work discusses śubha and aśubha śakunas(auspicious and inauspicious omens) arising from particular combinations of tithis and planetary positions. Jyotiṣa
