Bhūśuddhibhūtaśuddhi

Bhūśuddhibhutaśuddhi is a tantra text. Bhutaśuddhi is the purification of mind and body through placing good thoughts and divinity. It is the purification of the five elements of the body. The aspirant dissolves the sinful body and creates a new divine body.




Bhūśuddhibhūtaśuddhiprāṇapratiṣṭhā Antaramātṛkābahimātṛkā

Bhūśuddhi-bhūtaśuddhi-prāṇapratiṣṭhā Antarmātṛkā-bahirmātṛkā is a Tantra text. It is an important work for practitioners of Āgama Tantra and the Daśamahāvidyā tradition. Here, the varṇa (letters) are referred to as mātṛkā. The manuscript contains bīja-mantras of Antarmātṛkā dedicated to the goddess Sarasvatī, as well as bahirmātṛkā–Antarmātṛkā nyāsa mantras. The manuscript is written 11 lines per leaf. It is in fair condition. Leaves are very brown. The manuscript is torn accross the lower left corner. (f. 4) and (f. 8) are colored yellow. Text has no daṇḍas. Mistakes are written over or indicated by short vertical strokes.




Bhūtaśuddhi

This is a tantra text. Bhūtaśuddhi is the purification of mind and body through placing good thoughts and divinity. It is the purification of the five elements of the body. The aspirant dissolves the sinful body and creates a new divine body. The manuscript is written 8–9 lines per leaf. It is in good condition. Paper's are somewhat brown. Orange powder rubbed in to highlight sectional headings and some words. Mistakes are crossed through or blotched out with black.




Bhūtaśuddhi

The manuscript strats with Gāyatrī mantra, Liṅgaśuddhi, in six verses. The text Bhūtaśuddhi starts from (f. 2b). The aspirant dissolves the sinful body and creates a new divine body. The manuscript written 9–10 lines per leaf. It is in Good condition. Mistakes are crossed through or blotched out with black.

Bhūtaśuddhiprāṇapratiṣṭhā-antaramātṛkābahirmātṛkāḥ, the text is about purification of mind and body through placing good thoughts and divinity. It is the purification of the five elements of the body. The aspirant dissolves the sinful body and creates a new divine body. The name of an owner of this manuscript, Ananta Vale, is supplied in the colophon. The manuscript is written 9–11 lines per leaf. It is in Good condition. First and last leaves brown and very stained. Mistakes are crossed through or blotched out with black.




Bhūtaśuddhyādi

It is a tantra text. which consists of Nivṛtti nyāsa(f. 1a–2a), Ekādaśanyāsa(f. 2a–6a), Prāṇpratiṣṭhā(f. 6a–8a), Mātṛkā nyāsa and Bhūtaśuddhi(f. 8a–10b). The text deals with practises of Āgama tantra. Nyāsa practice simply involves reciting a mantra on each body part, which directs the energy to the region. The manuscript is written in 7–8 lines per leaf. Two folios are (f. 6a and 6b) numbered as f. 6. It is in good condition. Mistakes are covered over with yellow or blotched out with black.




Bhūtaviveka

Text is on Advaita (non-dualistic) Vedānta school of Hindu philosophy. A work also known as Pañcamahābhūtaviveka or Mahābhūtaviveka. The manuscript has a second chapter of the Pañcadaśī.(Bhūtaviveka). The text dealing with a study of the nature of the five elements (Śabda, Sparśa, Rūp,Rasa, Gaṅdh) and their differentiation from Brahman leads to Mokṣa. A work contains part of an extensive commentary called the Tātparyabodhinī by Rāmakṛṣṇa running parallel, above and below, the main root text. The Scribe of the manuscript is Bhaguvāsara. The manuscript is written in 5–9 lines per leaf. Mistakes are covered over in yellow or blacked out. Some corrections and additions in margins; some symbols, numbers, words, and phrases are highlighted in red. According to the Penn. cataloguer, the Ms. is dated saṃvat 1843 (1786 CE) based on Item 1050, f. 7b.




Bhūtaviveka

This text is on Advaita (non-dualistic) Vedānta school of Hindu philosophy. Bhūtaviveka is also known as Pañcamahābhūtaviveka or Mahābhūtaviveka. The manuscript has a second chapter of the Pañcadaśī.(Bhūtaviveka). The text dealing with a study of the nature of the five elements (Śabda, Sparśa, Rūpa,Rasa, Gaṅdha ) and their differentiation from Brahman leads to Mokṣa. The text is incomplete. A work contains part of an extensive commentary called the Tātparyabodhinī by Rāmakṛṣṇa running parallel, above and below, the main root text. The manuscript is written in 6–10 lines per leaf. Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections and additions in margins. Vertical margins marked with double red line. Watermark includes faint letters or words as well as a large crest.




Bhūtaviveka

Bhuvaneśvarīstotramantra

It is stotra on goddess Bhuvaneśvarī. She is the fourth amongst the ten Mahāvidyā (group of ten Hindu tantric goddesses) goddesses in Śāktaism. The manuscript is dedicated to praising the goddess Bhuvaneśvarī. Manuscript written in 10–11 lines per leaf. Mistakes are covered over in yellow or blacked out. Some corrections and additions in margins; significant syllables, words, or phrases highlighted in red throughout.




Bilvapatrapraśaṃsā
