Ātmaṣaṭka

This text belongs to Aitareya-Āraṇyaka II and includes chapters four, five, six, and seven, collectively titled Ātmaṣaṭaka. Chapters four, five, and six of Aitareya-Āraṇyaka II together constitute the Aitareya Upaniṣad, while the seventh chapter contains only a single mantra. Thus, the present text actually covers the entire Aitareya Upaniṣad and also includes the seventh chapter of Aitareya-Āraṇyaka II. This work is similar to Item 1190.
