A composite manuscript contains four different works on mantras, stotras, and rituals. The first text, titled Bhagavatīpadmapuṣpāñjali (ff. 1–12), is composed in 51 verses. A major portion of the text includes the Mahiṣāsuramardinīstotra and was composed by Rāmakṛṣṇa. This text is also known as Padmapuṣpāñjali Stotra, Padyapuṣpāñjali, or Bhagavatī(padya)puṣpāñjali. The second text does not have a title but consists of 14 verses praising Lord Śiva (ff. 14–16). The third text is Somavāravratapūjāvidhi (ff. 19–25), a ritual manual for the vrata. It describes various rituals, starting from saṅkalpa to visarjana. The final text is Achidravrata (ff. 27–28). In the manuscript, it is described as an important vrata, and it also mentions the names of several ṛṣis: Garga, Gautama, Dhaumya, Atri, Kaśyapa, Aṅgirā, Vyāsa, and Vālmīki. This Ms. is written 8–10 lines per folio. Cover has drawing in black of a 10-armed goddess, presumably Durgā, with her mount. Picture partially obscured by reddish-brown patches. Back page is blank.
