Title is taken from rubric (f. 1a). The manuscript written in 7–8 lines per leaf. 18 leaves are foliated upper left and lower right verso. Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections in the margins. Text is highlighted in red throughout, vertical margins marked with double red line.
