Introduction
About this Manuscript
A work on religious donations that cites Puranic authorities and is attributed to queen Dhīramatī, wife of Narasimhadeva of Mithila, but is now agreed to be authored by Vidyāpati (active 1400–1430 CE). This manuscript mentions Narasimhadeva and Dhīramatī (1v), but not Vidyāpati; the colophon says ‘atha dānavākyāvalyām pūrvokta gurutva darśita laghutva prakāśika dānasaṅgraham sampūrṇam.’
