A text on medicine by Kāśīnātha or Kāśīrāja, written in 40 verses, with an unknown Nepali commentary. This text describes the medicinal properties of different fruits such as coconut, jackfruit, mango, and many others. In the colophon, the commentator mentions the name of the second Prime Minister from the Rana dynasty, Commander General Rana Udip Singh Rana Bahadur (1825–1885 ce).
