The manuscript contains Gurugītā taken from Skanda purāṇa which expresses the importance of a Guru, the concept of a Guru and proper ways to worship the Guru. It is written in the form of a dialogue between Śiva and Pārvatī. Title is taken from title page (f. 1a). It is written in 7 lines per leaf. 23 leaves are foliated 1–23, upper left and lower right verso.
