Baudhāyanamatānusārīsomabhakṣa

Baudhāyanamatānusārīsomabhakṣa is part of a larger work Baudhāyana-śrautasūtra which is a Kalpaśāstra text based on the Taittirīya śākhā of the Kṛṣṇa-Yajuraveda. The text describes and outlines vedic rituals in particular the soma sacrafice in which soma a powerful drink is offered to the deities, the Hotṛ priest performing the sacrafice also has to drinks soma in a small amount as part of the ritual. This Ms. is written in 11–16 lines per folio. Cover page contains title. Title present in colophon (f. 6b). There are triple red vertical margins present on each side of the folio. Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins. Significant syllables and words rubbed with orange powder for highlighting.
