About this Manuscript

This is a commentary on Gūḍhārthaprakāśa, also known as Bhavānandī, by Bhavānanda 'Siddhāntavāgīśa' Bhaṭṭācāryya. Gūḍhārthaprakāśa is itself a super-commentary on Tattvacintāmaṇi by Gaṅgeśa and a commentary on Tattvacintāmaṇidīdhiti by Raghunātha Śiromaṇi. It seems that the present manuscript is part of a larger work, beginning from folio 45. The text discusses the siṃha-vyāghra-lakṣaṇa of vyāpti. This Ms. is written in 10–12 lines per folio. Title present in colophon (f. 68b). Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins.
