This is a Buddhist ritual text on pūjā vidhi of Vajrasattva. The text reffers a purification practice that involves visualizing vajrasattva, generating regret for negetive actions, and reciting the mantras, also it is mentioned that during the time of pūjā (worship) bell will be ringing and manuual rituals also be doing. There is neither mentioned authorship nor in the codex. Manuscript is heavily damaged so some words are not possible to ascertain.
