Buddhist Tantric Pūjāvidhi

The manuscript opens with the invocation "Oṃ namaḥ Śrīmañjunāthāya" and contains a series of ritual sections concerned with the worship of various deities and protective powers. The text refers to the Buddha and the Tathāgata and subsequently prescribes distinct arcanāvidhis (rites of worship), including Ardhadvārārcaṇavidhi, Gaṇapatyārcaṇavidhi, Gurukalaśārcaṇavidhi, Yoginyārcaṇavidhi, Kṣetrapālārcaṇavidhi, and Vasukalaśārcaṇavidhi. These sections indicate that the work is a compendium of liturgical procedures employed in Buddhist tantric rituals. The manuscript is therefore concerned with the invocation, propitiation, and ritual worship of deities, guardians, and consecrated vessels within the Vajrayāna tradition. It may accordingly be classified under Buddhist Tantra – Ritual and Worship (Pūjāvidhi).
