Garbhopaniṣad

Garbhopaniṣad is a Upaniṣad listed among the 95 minor upaniṣads in the Muktikā Upaniṣad. It is categorized under Sāmānya or Vedānta Upaniṣad category. It is considered to be associated with the Kṛṣṇa Yajurveda or the Atharvaveda. The text is traditionally attributed to the sage Pippalāḍa. It contains meta-scientific details of human embryo development and the physiology of growth in the human fetus. The text also describes the human body and it's senses.
