It describes various deities name with vali following; Vajravārāhi, Caṇḍamahāroṣaṇa, Parṇaśavarī, Mahākāla, Mahālakṣmī vali, There isnot mentioned any type of thing which is actually sacrificial thing example; fruits, vegetables, animals e.t.c. Neither the authors name nor the colophone part is asscertained. It appears that it is an incomplete, first part and last part is missing.
