Gaṅgāsahasranāmastotra

Gaṅgāsahasranāmastotra is part of a larger work it is from the 29th Adhyāya of the Kāśī Khaṇḍa of the Skandapurāṇa. The purāṇic text is listed among the 18 Mahāpurāṇas. The text contains 1000 names for the Hindu river deity Gaṅgā. Reciting the stotra is believed to removes all diseases and sins similar to bathing in the actual river. This Ms. contains 1st section from (f.1b–5a), 2nd section from (f.5a–32b). This Ms. is written in 7 lines per folio. Cover page contain title and back page contains alternative title. There are 2 double red vertical margins present on each side of the folio. Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins. The double pūrna virāma style full stop brackets are in red.
