Gaṅgāsahasranāmastotra

Gaṅgāsahasranāmastotra is part of a larger work it is from the 29th Adhyāya of the Kāśī Khaṇḍa of the Skandapurāṇa. The purāṇic text is listed among the 18 Mahāpurāṇas. The text contains 1000 names for the Hindu river deity Gaṅgā. Reciting the stotra is believed to removes all diseases and sins similar to bathing in the actual river. The text is presented as a dialogue between the deity Skanda and the legendary sage Agastya. This Ms. is written in 5–6 lines per folio. Cover page is blank. Back page contains title. There are double red vertical margins present on each side of the folio as well as the edges. Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins.
