This is an incomplete text of the Aṣtottara śata nāma stotra (Tārāśata). This stotra is dedicated to the Buddhist deity Tārā, who is widely worshipped in the Vajrayāna branch of Buddhism. She is the goddess of kindness and compassion for all beings. She represents virtuous and wise actions, grants long life, protects people during travel, and guides her followers on their spiritual path toward enlightenment.
