This is a Vedic ritual manual that describes the fourth-monthly rituals performed in the months of Phālguna, Āṣāḍha, and Kārttika. These rituals are conducted in four parvas: Vaiśvadeva Parva, Varuṇapraghāsa Parva, Sākamedha Parva, and Śunāsīrīya Parva. (Written in 10–12 lines per leaf.; 6 leaves foliated upper left and lower right verso.; Mistakes blacked out, one lengthy addition in margin (f. 5r), vertical margins marked with double red line.)
