Āgamapradhānamāṇḍūkākhya prakaraṇa

Āgamapradhānamāṇḍūkākhya prakaraṇa is the first chapter of Māṇḍūkya Kārikā. a foundational text on Advaita(non-dualistic) Vedānta school of Hindu philosophy. It is a commentary on the Māṇḍūkyopaniṣad of Atharvaveda. The text describes about non-duality, there being no difference between Brahman and Jīva (self). Various states of consciousness highlighting its illusionary nature. and the concept of Ajātivāda. The Absolute reality is not subject to birth, death or change. This work by Gauḍapāda Ācārya predates the works of Śaṅkarācārya. This Ms. is written in 8–9 lines per folio. Title present in colophon (f. 4b). Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins.
