It is a treatise on Indian system of logic used for contemplation and study taken from the Nyāya school of philosophy, particularly focusing on the topic of inference (anumāna). Title is taken from the top marginal abbreviation in the last page. Alternate title from the incipit (f. 1a). The manuscript is written in 11–17 lines per leaf. 38 leaves are foliated 1–38, upper left and lower right verso. Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins.
