Anekaprakarṇe (A Composite Manuscript drawn from various texts mainly Purāṇas)

Anekaprakarṇe is a collection of 16 daily rituals and prayers mainly to the Hindu deity Śiva. The text has been drawn from larger works mainly from the Purāṇic literature. (1) Sūryakavaca (from the Skandapurāṇa), (2) Śanaiscarastotra (from the Skandapurāṇa), (3) An unidentified stotra, (4) Śanistuti, (5) Vidhānamālā śanyaṣṭaka, (6) Mānaspūja (partially present), (7) Pradoṣastotra (from the Brahmottarakhaṇḍa of the Skandapurāṇa), (8) Samkaṣṭanāśanastotra (from the Padmapurāṇa), (9) Catuḥślokībhāgavata (from Skandha 2 of the Bhāgavatapurāṇa, (10) Saptaślokīgītā, (11) Gītāsāra (from the Mahābhārata), (12) Aparādhastotra, (13) Hanumantadvādaśanāmastotra, (14) Nāmopaniṣad, (15) Gaṅgāṣṭakastotra (attributed to Vālmīki), (16) Navārṇavājapa. This Ms. is written in 11 lines per folio. Cover page contains title. Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out. The Ms. is dated śaka 1711 (1789), in Magha (January-February), in the dark half of the month, the 14th day (f. 16B).
