About this Manuscript
The Seveth (end) chapter of the epic Rāmāyaṇa by Vālmīki contains many major episodes of the story. It begins with the gatherings of sages to pay homage to Rāma, birth of many demons, exile of Sītā, recitation of Rāmāyaṇa by Lava and Kuśa, Sītā’s descend into the Earth a few of them. The text concludes with Rāma's descend to the heaven. The manuscript contains two different handwritings with two different sripts, it starts with Nepālākṣara followed by Devanāgarī. The manuscript contins 117 sargas (sub-chapters).
