Description

The manuscript of Jvaraśānti an Dharmic work. It is a ritual to cure the fewer. It consists mantra, offering (Naivedya) food to the brahmana. Title is taken from colophon (f. 5a). The manuscript is written in 9 lines per leaf. 5 leaves are foliated 1–5, upper left and lower right verso. Mistakes are blacked out vertical margins marked with double red line. The manuscript is dated as śaka 1708 (1786 CE) in (f. 5a). Scribe of the manuscript is Bhāskara Dāḍekara (f. 5a) likely Bhāskara Bhaṭṭa Dāḍekara based on other related manuscripts and their date (for example, Ms. Coll. 390, Item 1394).
