Description
A sanskrit Advaita Hastāmalaka stora is by Śaṅkarācārya. It represents the Advaita Vedānta. Hasta-āmalaka is meant to be ‘an amla berry (āmalakam) in the hand (hasta) Śaṅkarācārya used this berry as a metaphor to acknowledge Hastāmalaka’s ‘ripeness’. It is written in 10 lines per leaf. Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections and additions in margins; significant numbers, words, and phrases in red.
