Description
Gaṇeśastotra is a devotional text in praise of elephant headed Hindu deity Gaṇeśa. There are many such stotra available most of which are drawn from Purāṇic literature. This text may be drawn from major purāṇic text since it is attributed to Vyāsa who is popularly believed to be the author of the 18 Mahāpurāṇas. This Ms. is written in 7 lines per folio. Cover page is blank. Title present in colophon (f. 2b). There are double vertical margins present on each side of the folio. Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins. The Ms. was formerly housed with Ms. Coll. 390; Items 465, 466, 468, 469, and 470. They probably shared a former owner.
