Description

Gaṇapati Aparādhastotra is a devotional text in praise of Gaṇeśa the elephant-headed Hindu deity. The text is attributed to Śaṅkarācārya. This text contains a total of 5 verses which are meant to be used for recitation to ask forgiveness for past transgressions. This Ms. is written in 3 lines per folio. Cover and back page both contain title. Title also present in colophon (f.3a) along with the scribe. There are double black vertical margins present on each side of the folio. Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins. Significant words and numerals are rubbed with orange powder for highlighting.
