Description
Caṇḍīpāṭhaprayoga is a Śākta tantra. Caṇḍīpāṭha dedicated to Goddess Caṇḍī (another form of Goddess Durga). This manuscript contains Caṇḍīpāṭhaprayoga from the verious tantra texts. manuscript starts with the gaurihara tantra which is part of Vārāhi tantra. In the gaurihara tantra, the Caṇḍīpāṭha is performed for the fulfillment of personal desires. Then the Caṇḍīpāṭhaprayoga come from Marīci tantra were the Brahā and Agastya talks about the Caṇḍīpāṭha. After Caṇḍīpāṭha from Koṭatantra. Manuscript written 11 lines per leaf. It is in fair condition. Leaves 1 and 5 worm-eaten, affecting parts of seven lines of text. Mistakes are crossed through or blotched out with black.
