Description

This is a stotra text praising Śiva and Goddess Pārvatī, in which Ravi (the Sun God) is depicted as the speaker. It contains two distinct stotras: the first praises Śiva, and a similar version can be found in the Skandapurāṇa, Kāśīkhaṇḍa; the second stotra praises Goddess Pārvatī. According to the colophon, these stotras belong to the Bhaviṣyottara-khaṇḍa of the Sāmba-Sadāśivapurāṇa. This Ms. is written 6–7 lines per folio. Back page is blank. There are double red vertical margins present on each side of the folio. Mistakes are covered with yellow. A few marginal corrections are present. Last folio is treated with yellow turmeric powder. Colophon rubbed with orange powder for highlighting.
