Description
A treatise on Jyotiṣa discusses astrological inquiries into the future. The text contains multiple such questions (praśna) and corresponding predictions. It includes svarapraśna, bhūtapraśna, aṅgapraśna, lagnapraśna, lābhakadā bhaviṣyati-type questions (e.g., "When will someone gain profit in life?"), and also explores the timing of events such as when a person's work will succeed. Additionally, it predicts occurrences like famines and other significant events. The scribe was Veṅkaṭeśa, who also wrote manuscripts Item 1815 and Item 2863. This Ms. is written 10 lines per folio. Title present in colophon (f. 7b), Praśnabhairava which is a more common name for this text. Mistakes are crossed-out or blacked out. Marginal corrections are present.
