Description
Baṭukadīpadānaprakāra is a part of a larger tantric work Rudrayāmalatantra. The hymns of the text is dedicated to Baṭukabhairava, a benevolent form of supreme deity Lord Śiva. The text is recited for both material gains and spiritual gains. The text is believed to give protection from negative energies and spirits as well as increase intelligence. This Ms. is written in 9 lines per folio. Title present in colophon (f. 2b). Alternate title Baṭukadīpadānavidhi present in begining of the text (f. 1a). There are double red vertical margins present on each side of the folio. Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins. Significant syllables and words rubbed with orange powder for highlighting.
