Description
Āśvalāyanadarśapaurṇamāsahautra prayoga is a part of Āśvalāyana Śrautasūtra a manual for various Vedic rituals from the Aitareya Brāhmaṇa of the Ṛgveda. This text describes and outlines the New Moon and Full Moon sacrifices which are considered important vedic rituals through which other rituals are also inintiated. This Ms. is written in 9–10 lines per folio. Cover page contains half title. Back page is blank. Title present in colophon (f. 12b). The text contains red metrical accents. Mistakes are blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins. The Ms. is dated śaka 1753 (f. 12b).
