The colophon reads thus -Evamvādimahāśramaṇaṃ
//Saṃvat 1036 bhādrapadakṛṣṇatrayodasi kunhu
sampūrṇṇamiti// The picture of Lokanātha Amoghapāśa
Lokanātha (a form of Tathāgata Buddha) is drawn manually
on Folio No: 1b. Hṛdaya mantras and Upahṛdaya mantras are
available in Folio no.15b. It teaches the heart essence dhāraṇi
of Amoghapāśa.For achieving Grahaśānti the steps are
advised through worshipping Buddhist deities.For the
preparation of worship Bathing with aromatic materials,flag
hoisting and illuminating lamp and burning incense are also
advised . By performing different rituals protection from
obstacles and distress,removal of untimely death and
attaining peace(śānti) is suggested.The offering of pañcopacāra
like puṣpa(flower),dhūpa (incense) dīpa (lamp),gandha
(perfume) and naivedya (food) are mentioned in the text. A Person Samayānanda by name is found in Colophon but exactly is not written anywhere whether he is owner or Donor or scribe or Patron
