Description
Anubhūtileśa is a philosophical treatise on Advaita(non-dualistic) Vedānta school of Hindu philosophy by Marathi author Madhuvāmana currently whose only 2 sanskrit works are available the other one being Siddhānta Vijaya. Because of this his scholarship and tradition were questionable since none of his or his pupils works were available until his work Śrutikalpalatā surfaced confirming his identity. This Ms. is written in 14–15 lines per folio. Cover page contains title. Title also present in colophon (f.12b). Author present as both Vāmana (f. 1a) and Madhupavāmana (f.12b). Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins. Significant syllables and words rubbed with orange powder for highlighting. The Ms. is dated in (f.12b) along with scribe Rāmacandra Phāṭaka copied the text in the sacred Hindu pilgrimage center of Vārāṇasī at the Parāśareśvara temple dedicated to the god Śiva, where it meets the Asī river
