Description

Annapūrṇāstotra is a devotional text in praise of Annapūrṇā a form of Hindu deity Dūrgā for both public and private recitation. The stotra is recited for attaining spiritual knowledge and prosperity. The text is attributed to Ādi Śaṅkarācārya, but is likely written by one of his followers or a later Śaṅkarācārya. This Ms. is written in 5 lines per folio. Cover page contains alternative title. Title present in colophon (f. 5b). Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins. Significant syllables and words rubbed with orange powder for highlighting.
