Description

Āgrayaṇamañjūṣā is a manual for performing Vedic Agniṣṭoma rituals which involves offering of soma to various deities. The last part of the text called Āgrayaṇanirṇaya. Āgrayaṇa is a vedic ritual performed for good harvest. It is sometimes performed after the Agniṣṭoma ritual. This Ms. is written in 9 lines per folio. Cover and back page are blank. Title present in internal colophon (f. 14b–15a). Secondary title Āgrayaṇanirṇaya present in final colophon. Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out. Some corrections and additions in the margins. Significant syllables and words rubbed with orange powder for highlighting. The Ms. is dated in (f.15a).
